[ memory 003 ]
What: That little bitch [ Neutral Negative ]
When: Day 127
Game: Haunt's Gameshow
What Happens:
-Starts with him being yelled at with Makoto and some blonde kid for breaking into another pool's school (and previously trespassing into an abandoned building?) [no remorse from this guy]
-Another teacher comes in to try to save the day, but she gets shot down (this jerk scolding them doesn't like fish?)
-After the punishment, he takes off immediately for home and leaves his two "friends" behind
-These losers find him in the tub at home (wearing his jammers) and ask him to join the swim club
-Surprise of all surprises, he agrees. Apparently it's a surprise to Makoto, at least. Who needs to ask if he's sure about this
-Drying himself off with a girl staring at him (Who is apparently "Rin-chan's sister" - Matsuoka Kou)
-Puts on a sweatshirt and apron, still wearing his swimsuit
-Makes mackerel and tea for these idiots
-Hears that Rin has come back every New Years and tenses up
What It Means For Him:
While the general memory is mostly neutral to him, especially not caring too deeply about the punishment, there are some confusing and negative elements that are a big impact.
One is... why would it be a surprise for him to want to join the swim club? It should be a given with his water affinity, right? Even if competition and times don't matter, when he was little, there certainly was a swim club and competition involved. Why would high school be different? Especially with how dedicated he is to work on getting the club open in his previous memory.
Hearing that Rin comes home every New Years and never contacted them gives him a negative feeling. It surprises him and obviously causes him some emotional distress. Why? He has no idea.
And what's this about Rin having left Japan? That's also new information he didn't know. Even more questions. This all means something to him, but he doesn't know what or why. Context would be nice.
Results:
+10 Nonchalance about innocuous punishment
+20 Confusion over matters with Rin
+20 Confusion over the swim club
+10 Mackerel feelings
+15 "Who cares if we break into places" feelings (Oops)
+Knows Rin's sister and her name now
